I'd like to see them put that claim in an advert...it's a shame the Advertising Standards Association don't have any influence over press releases!
Even though their claim is incorrect this is smaller than most external hard drives since it uses a 1.8" drive instead of the more common 2.5" drives.
There've been a good few 1.8" drives around from the likes of Lacie. I've also seen empty enclosures that you can put your own drive in.
And failing that you can use any number of svelte MP3 players with 1.8" drives in them in disk mode.
All of which have been around for a fair old while, so the press release statement is indefensible.
Yeah... what's the deal with the MBP? It looks like it has been coloured black, but the reflections in the surface it's on look like it's still silver. A bit of photoshopping, or just a weirdly bad picture?
I can't believe you have not seen this (and I am talking to you readers and to TrustedReviews): http://www.trekstor.de/en/products/detail_hdd.php?pid=37&page=3
I bought one a month a go and it's "really" credit card size. Not like this dinosaur!
