In the main page title - I'd have saved 'unleashed' for the upcoming tablet :) An 8GB iPhone isn't nearly exciting enough to use that word!

In other news my phones battery is slowly dieing and an iPhone looks more and more like a reality unless HTC/Android 2.0 can save me in the form of the googlephone.. is there ETA on that Gordon? Heres hoping you guys had a good Christmas!

With this in mind, is there any way I could haggle my way out of my contract early?

To be fair I am constantly having texts come through an hour or two later than they were sent, lacking internet for days and having calls to be labelled as 'unavailable' while if I try my landline it always seems to work..

I ported away from O2 10 days ago, and up to the very last day the reception in my home area in central London was utterly shocking. The network was simply not usable in some areas.
