Yup, that is the art of selling, in a nutshell. It's amazing that it is so simple, yet so easy to get it wrong. Just look at any tech advert - how many giga-this and mega-that.
I think Martin is, but to the average punter, those are meaningless figures. Certainly a lot less meaningful than someone actually using a device in front of you.
