The most important part of this agreement is that this opens the doors for AMD to go completely fabless. They may even use TSMC or IBM to fab their CPUs, something they weren't previously allowed to do.

Great to hear on this agreements. Time now for AMD to get their game on again and start now producing truly competitive CPUs. The more real competition we have the better for the customers in terms of pricing.
