Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the G1 an HTC device?
G1 is an HTC device but it's the only one, all other HTC devices use windows. I hope they release drivers so that other devices can use Android. I'd love to see the Touch HD with Android.
Has no-one noticed that the guys at XDA-Devs have had Android running on devices such as the Kaiser and Nike for some time?
Admittedly, only from within Windows Mobile. But, playing around with the IPL/SPL it should be possible to force an android ROM to boot rather than booting the WM kernel.
