Finally a decent, good looking, Windows equivalent to the mac mini (and one that doesn't try and ape its style). Good to see a firewire port too, along with a slightly better GPU then the mini. The £399 basic option only gets you a Celeron processor though. It's an extra £45 for a Core 2 Duo.

Dell do generally prioritise the US when it comes to review allocation. It's just the nature of things I'm afraid. Actually, we have a very good relationship with Dell despite the M1730, but there are plenty of other people besides us who want stuff.

Just checked it out, looks really nice. Perfect for the back to school crowd. But if that were me again, I'd probably buy a netbook. Just for the portability and the price. Technology just keeps getting smaller and smaller! Can't wait for cell phones from Zoolander to be hitting the shelves! :)
