Wouldn't it be much better if you can stick you phone to a docking station and use the bigger screen, keyboard, mouse, LAN, etc, whithout having to invest in a seperate netbook?
@Oliver, to an extent yes. But I would like to connect any LCD screen, keyboard, etc. not a netbook type device. I have been talking about this for some time.. have a look at http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/forum/showthread.php?t=155567

Just enough demand from users?
I doubt it.
When he comments that the Netbook Remix of Ubuntu '...works out of the box, pretty much completely...' that tells me that it doesn't work completely.
Android may run 'pretty nicely' on the netbook, but it sounds like there's a long way to go, and are Google really interested in creating drivers for every hardware mix out there (which they will have to do for the purposes of competition).
Despite how many people complain about Windows, I haven't heard of a single person complaining that their netbook is in any way non-functional (outside of a legitimate warranty claim).
I was considering giving my old laptop to my parents with Ubuntu on it, as it would be more than enough for their purposes. However, after looking back, in a sober manner, over my experience with keeping the system up-to-date and downloading the bits necessary to turn it into a fully functional system, I soon discovered that it was utterly unsuitable to them, since they can barely keep up with Windows XP.

'...estimated 30 million Linux users...'
That's high spirited at best and certainly does not constitute sufficient demand.
