An Alienware laptop for less than $1000 ? Pull the other one, it's got bells on. :-)

Is it really 11.6"? It looks enormous in the photos - is the man holding it Ronnie Corbett?

And what's the all important weight? It's not going to be much of an ultra-portable if it's 2.5kg.

This would make a wonderfully fun laptop for all seasons; afterall it is small, presumably light-weight and powerful, with a decent screen resolution and battery life. Only trouble is, would you really want to be seen taking that out of your bag and putting it on your desk? Why do manufacturers insist on making their best laptops about look so ridiculous and inappropriate for the office? I think I would feel more comfortable pulling Dita Von Tease out of my bag.

Ooh, like. Though I'm not sure if I'd need enough grunt to play COD:MW2, I really want a truly capable HD 11.6" machine, and this is the first thing I've seen that's had me reaching for my wallet. Depends how chubby it is though. Lets have some specs please, Dell.
