One of the worst kept secrets of the year so far, the HTC One M9 has popped up again with a new fleet of teased images leaking ahead of the phone’s imminent unveiling.
Just hours after HTC itself released a series of sneaky shots, prolific Twitter-based tipster @Upleaks has offered up an unofficially look at the phone in all its glory.
Displaying the handset from all manner of angles, the latest premature showing has backed up previous reports suggesting the HTC One M9 follow-on would revert to the company’s M8-introduced dual-lens camera.
Further additions teased by the latest leaks include the much-mooted appearance of a fingerprint scanner incorporating physical home button and an M9 echoing two-tone metallic design.
The leaked images have showcased both the gold-on-gold and gold-on-silver colour schemes.
Despite showing off official looking press renders, @Upleaks has failed to offer any further insight into the phone’s forthcoming features list.
Past reports have claimed the handset will land with a 5.2-inch, 2560 x 1440 pixel QHD display lining up alongside a 2.0GHz octa-core MediaTek processor and 3GB of RAM.
Further specs expected to feature on the M9 include an Ultrapixel primary camera and Google’s latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, skinned with HTC’s Sense 7.0 UI.

Last week HTC issued invites to a Beijing-based launch event on April 8.
Although failing to mention the M9 by name, it appears all but certain that the heavily rumoured handset will be the star of the ‘More than One’ branded show.
