Xbox One FIFA 14 tops UK All Format Gaming Chart

FIFA 14 has topped the UK All Format Gaming Chart this week, with Xbox One being the game’s leading platform.

EA game FIFA 14 has returned to the top of the UK Gaming Chart after 7 weeks, due to the Xbox One launch last Friday, November 22.

It is the biggest selling Xbox One game at the moment due to the Xbox One Day 1 FIFA 14 Edition, which featured a digital copy of the game.

Call of Duty: Ghosts has been pushed down to number 2 after two weeks at the top, while Battlefield 4 climbs to number 3 thanks to the Xbox One and PS4 edition sales.

Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag is still selling strong at number 4 and should continue to be with next-generation versions out this week.

The Xbox One exclusive Forza Motorsport 5 enters the UK All Format Gaming Chart at number 5, having also been included as part of an Xbox One Day One bundle.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes is at number 6, down from second place the week before and Dead Rising 3, another Xbox One exclusive, enters at number 7.

Aside from the Xbox One titles, Nintendo was the best-selling new entry to the chart this week with Nintendo 3DS title, The Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds at number 9.

Finally, Ryse: Son of Rome rounds of the UK All Format Gaming Chart in tenth position, the third Xbox One exclusive to make it into the top ten.

Titles knocked out of the top ten this week by Xbox One games include Batman: Arkham Origins, Just Dance 2014 and Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy.

Day One Xbox One sales topped one million units within the first 24 hours, outselling the Xbox 360 first week sales by a factor of 2.
