The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus has been subject to yet another leak, and it looks like the South Korean firm will release a gold model of the phone.
A series of new images published by French site Nowhereelse.fr purportedly show off the blinged-up new handset alongside information of some alleged specs.
According to the leak, the S6 Edge Plus will feature a 2,560 x 1,440-resolution dual-edge curved display and Samsung’s own 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 processor.
Previous rumours have suggested it would instead run on the hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, so it looks like Samsung is keeping us in the dark in at least one department.
We expect the S6 Edge Plus’ screen to measure 5.7in from corner to corner, making it significantly larger than the 5.1in Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
It will also reportedly feature 32GB of storage, a 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilisation, 4K video recording, and a 3,000mAh battery.
The handset looks set to land at IFA alongside the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, which is also expected to pack a 5.7in, 2,560 x 1,440 display. The Note’s display will be flat, however.
