When is The Grand Tour coming out on Amazon Prime? Jeremy Clarkson’s new motoring show is due to be released in a matter of weeks, Amazon has announced. Here's all you need to know about the start date of the 'new Top Gear'.

Following the infamous fracas in 2015 that derailed Top Gear, petrol-heads have been left in the lurch over the fate of their favourite TV show. However, following a long summer of speculation we now know it’ll be released on November 18.

It’s worth noting that The Grand Tour won’t actually be released on standard TV. Instead, Amazon will be releasing it on Amazon Prime Video, which requires a subscription.
Filming is well underway, though, with the show set to take in a number of enticing locations including South Africa, America and Germany.
Oh, and the UK of course! In an ironic twist, it filmed in Whitby, Yorkshire – the scene of Clarkson’s infamous fracas with a BBC producer. Unfortunately for fans, filming happened a couple of weeks ago and has now wrapped.
Nashville, Tennessee is one of the US locations, and Finland another shooting spot.

Supposedly, there are plans for a full three series of the new show, with Amazon throwing an eye-watering £160 million its way, with the the online retail giant no doubt hoping the new show will turbocharge its Prime TV service.
