We have some Unreal news about the Nintendo Switch

Nintendo fans’ hopes of playing AAA third-party titles on the new Switch console have received a huge boost.

The official Twitter account for Unreal Engine 4, the engine many top titles are built upon, will officially support the console.

That opens up the door for titles from the developers of Gears of War 4 and Rocket League and Street Fighter V will be available on the hybrid machine.

Given that Unreal’s big rival Unity (Crossy Road, Superhot, etc.) excitedly confirmed support yesterday, it’s great news for the Switch.
