The Turtle Beach Elite 800X are now available to pre-order ahead of its May release date.
Turtle Beach has announced you can now pre-order the Elite 800X premium wireless headset for Xbox One via its website or participating retailers.
If you do sure, you can ensure that you’ll get your headset on the day of release, May 22.
The Elite 800X are the Xbox One version of the PS4 specific Turtle Beach Elite 800 headset, which we gave a 9/10 in our review earlier this year.

This Xbox One version comes with full wireless support for both game audio and chat audio, meaning no cables between your headset and your controller or to your console.
That’s because the Elite 800 comes with a snazzy little docking station that works as the charger for your headset and as the wireless receiver. It’s magnetic too, so it has a satisfying click when you replace the headset for charging after your gaming session.
You also get active noise cancellation when connected to your console or via 3.5mm headphone jack to your smartphone or other audio device.
If you don’t want a cable at all, the Elite 800 is kitted out with Bluetooth connectivity for wireless audio whatever device you’re using.
There’s also DTS Headphone:X 7.1 Surround Sound for 360-degree audio in your games, which is seriously impressive technology.
