Two transparent Nintendo 2DS consoles have been announced to celebrate the launch of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
The transparent red and blue Nintendo 2DS consoles will let you see the inner workings of the console through the translucent plastic body.
As with the remakes of the Pokemon titles, the translucent 2DS models come in red and blue and will be released as standalone options on November 7.
If you’re wanting to play Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, there are also 2DS bundles with the new transparent consoles coming out on November 28 with the games.
The Pokemon Omega Ruby bundle with a copy of the game pre-installed and the transparent 2DS. Of course, the Pokemon Alpha Sapphire bundle comes with the blue 2DS and the pre-installed title.
Along with the new 2DS models, Nintendo revealed that the Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire demo will be available from select retailers from October 15.
You can pick it up from Game, Amazon, Smyth Toys Superstores, ShopTo and the Official Nintendo UK store.
If you grab the demo, you’ll get a bunch of special content that will be transferred to the full game when it is released.
The demo itself offers a special campaign for gamers, rather than an early look at the full game itself. If you finish the mini storyline, you’ll get a glimpse at some well-known Pokemon in their mega evolution forms.
Any pokemon you acquire will also be transferred to the full game.
