Titanfall 2 is firing some cheeky shots at Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

Titanfall 2 publisher Electronic Arts has thrown some subtle insults at Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare over social media.

The official Titanfall account recently tweeted a review for Infinite Warfare by IGN that describes the game as “mostly slow and plodding.”

Reviews for Titanfall 2, on the other hand, paint the experience as “frantic” with “electrifying precision.”

Now we can’t show all of our cards until our full verdict of Infinite Warfare is out in the wild, but it’s safe to say that Titanfall 2 is a truly fantastic shooter.

We scored it 9/10 in our review, calling it “smart, superbly-paced and packed with action” across its excellent solo and multiplayer offerings.

Infinity Ward is probably busy looking for some ice for all its new burns. Hot fire, as the kids would say.
