We gave the Samsung Galaxy S7 our coveted Phone of the Year award this year, so we definitely recommend snapping up the following deal.
You can get a Samsung Galaxy S7 for free with 5GB of data, unlimited minutes, and unlimited texts, if you’re willing to pick up a £30-per-month contract with EE for 24 months over at Mobiles.co.uk. Normally, you’d have to fork out a hefty £100 upfront fee for this tariff, but you can waive the charge by using the code BF100 at checkout.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 features a 5.1-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, a 3,000mAh battery, a 12-megapixel camera with DualPixel technology, fast- and wireless-charging support, MicroSD, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, 4GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel selfie camera, and Samsung’s own Exynos 8890 chip.

What we said
We gave the Samsung Galaxy S7 a rare 5/5 score, praising its stunning looks, great camera experience, water-resistant design, and impressive display. Here’s our verdict: “Stunning. Samsung has just raised the bar for every other Android device. Simply put, if you want to buy a new phone right now, this is the one to pick.”
What owners say
On Amazon, the Samsung Galaxy S7 has a 4.2/5 score based on 107 user reviews. Users wrote:
“I will check my bank balance and glance at the list of reasons why I love my S7 more than any iPhone I’ve ever owned, and all will be well with the world again.”
“Fantastic phone. Upgrading from the S5 which was a great phone too. Everything about this new phone is silky smooth. All apps responsive. Scrolling and swiping a breeze. The camera is something else – no lag when taking a photo and the low-light capability is jaw-droopingly fantastic.”
“Possibly the perfect smartphone? I think it is.”

How good a deal is this?
Realistically, we’re happy to recommend any deal on the Galaxy S7, because we gave the phone a perfect score even at its full price. This is a real winner by 2016’s standards, and you won’t be disappointed if you buy it. That said, it’s important to choose the right phone network, and EE is generally reliable, offering good speeds and largely consistent service and coverage. But EE is typically expensive, which is why it’s great to see a deal where you get 5GB of data for just £30 per month without having to pay an upfront fee. If you’re looking for a new Android phone on contract, this is definitely one to consider.
