There’s an adorable secret hiding inside every Xbox One X

Inside every Xbox One X console is a tiny Master Chief riding a scorpion, although you’ll have to void the warranty to see it.

The clever easter egg was recently discovered by Unocero, a Spanish YouTube channel specialising in the latest technology.

Everyone’s favourite Spartan can be seen riding the Scorpion in adorable fashion. Except, it’s the actual creature instead of a tank from the Halo series.

It’s a clever little nod to Project Scorpio, the original codename given to Xbox One X throughout its development.

There’s also a Master Chief hidden inside every Xbox One S, although he isn’t riding something as fanciful as a scorpion.

Xbox One X is set to launch on November 7 for £449.99 and is poised to be the most powerful console ever upon its release.

Some of the games set to immediately take advantage of its more powerful hardware include Forza Motorsport 7, Middle Earth: Shadow of War and Assassin’s Creed Origins.
