The WellBe is a bracelet that helps you de-stress

Modern life is so frenetic it’s a wonder more people don’t suffer from stress-related illnesses. This bracelet aims to help you de-stress and find some inner peace.

It’s called The WellBe. It monitors your heart rate and uses an algorithm to determine your stress and calmness levels based on the time of day, where you are and who you meet. It then comes up with a correlation between your stress levels and these factors, so you’ll know if you get stressed every time you’re around Phil from accounts, for example.

Once you’ve worked out your stress triggers, it offers personalised stress reducing programs to get you zen. These include meditation, focused breathing, guided imagination (which sounds a lot like meditation to us) and personalised programs and playlists. The app also has programs for seven, 14 and 21 days from people from the Mentors Channel, a channel dedicated to wellbeing.

Of course, you could just avoid Phil from accounts.

It’ll send you an alert when you’re getting stressed, and it’ll suggest some simple exercises or meditation to help you de-stress. It could be as simple as drinking some water and taking a break from your desk for a couple of minutes.

It’s made from cork, upping its new-age status somewhat, and is available with or without the flow symbol.

In just six days it’s raised nearly $70,000 of a $100,000 target, and it still has 25 days to go.
