The plastic HTC One M8 Ace has leaked again

The HTC One M8 Ace has leaked again, with the plastic bodied M8 spin-off being caught on camera with a grey finish.

Having been the subject of multiple leaks and rumours in recent weeks, the HTC One M8 Ace has started to appear in a number of leaked images, with the newly spotted grey model joining a red rendition of the phone which reared its head earlier this week.

Surfacing courtesy of repeated tipster @evleaks, the new HTC One M8 Ace picture has shown the handset from both the front and the rear.

Landing alongside the simple, teasing declaration of the phone’s name, the leak has suggested the Ace will feature sizeable speaker grills either side of the phone’s display.

Despite the flagship HTC One M8 having already birthed one spinoff device in the recently unveiled HTC One Mini 2, it appears as if the cheaper, plastic crafted M8 Ace is also gearing up for launch.

According to recent reports, the HTC One M8 Ace could pack the same 5-inch, 1080p Full HD display as the flagship model, with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage also expected to feature.

Unlike the flagship M8, the Ace has been shown without a dual-lens snapper, instead featuring just a standard camera with accompanying flash.

There is currently no word on a HTC One M8 Ace release date or pricing details, although the plastic body looks set to ensure the phone will be considerably cheaper than its brushed metal sibling.
