It’s pretty great day to be a tech and sports fan… if you live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
A new streaming service, already dubbed the Netflix of sport, will offer subscribers live access to a host of top content.
DAZN, which costs 9.99 Euros a month (around £8.50/$11 a month) has access to Premier League fixtures as well as live content from the Spanish, German and French leagues.
As part of the 8,000 live events each year, DAZN will offer NFL, NBA, tennis, motorsports, boxing, ice hockey, rugby, darts and more.
The HD streams will be available on a huge range of connected devices, complete with Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 surround sound.

In order to sign up you’ll need to prove you have an IP address in one of the host nations.
There are plenty of ways to circumnavigate those restrictions and web savvy users have been doing it for years to access content outside of their region.
Indeed, a quick test with our Halo VPN browser add-on appeared to work just fine. There's a free month trial on offer if you feel like giving it a whirl.
Sky won't be happy, but with a top package of £72 a month, it is practically daring people to find alternatives.
