The Game Awards 2016 – Where and how to watch them

The Game Awards will take place on December 1, 2016 at 5:30pm PT / 1:30am GMT, and we’ve rounded up all the places you can watch them live.

Hosted by Geoff Keighley, The Game Awards are an annual event used to celebrate the best parts of gaming alongside a slew of exciting new announcements.

This year is no different, with titles such as Prey and Mass Effect Andromeda expected to make an appearance in one way or another.

Other rumours include the reveal of Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy and a new title from Borderlands studio Gearbox Software.

We'll be sure to report on any major announcements and reveals coming out of the event later tonight.

The entire show will be available to watch on The Games Awards website as well as a host of different video-streaming websites.

In addition to a range of social networks and streaming sites, The Game Awards will also be watchable through PS4 and Xbox One. Oh, and it’s coming to VR, too!

The virtual reality rendition of The Game Awards will be available on the NextVR mobile app on Samsung Gear VR and Google Daydream.
