All of The Division’s downloadable content will be exclusive to Xbox One for 30 days, according to US retailer Gamestop.
Sony may have DLC exclusivity for Call of Duty nowadays, but it seems Microsoft is biting back with The Division.
Ubisoft’s post apocalyptic third-person shooter will receive three individual pieces of DLC after launch, along with regular free updates for all platforms.
According to a new video by US retailer Gamestop all post-launch content will be available first on Xbox One.
Microsoft’s platform will have access to DLC “30 days before Sony will see it.” The video didn’t confirm any details for PC, or if it will share temporary exclusivity with Xbox One.

Ubisoft unveiled its DLC plans for The Division last month. The game will receive three major DLC packs and regular free updates after launch.

Underground:
- This first major expansion opens up a new area to players as they explore the uncharted underworld of New York City with up to four friends for intense co-op action.
Survival:
- In this expansion, players will have to survive as long as possible in a very hostile environment that will challenge even the most talented agents.
The three paid expansions will be available as part of the game’s season pass. You can also purchase each of them separately when they’re available.

The Division’s open beta will commence on Xbox One tomorrow, February 18, before coming to PS4 and PC a day later.
Make sure you have roughly 25GB of space free on your hard drive though, as the beta is pretty beefy.
The game will launch on March 8 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
