This Star Wars Death Star Waffle Maker serves breakfast, Sith-style

If you like your waffles a little on the Dark Side, this is the appliance for you.

You can now buy a Star Wars Death Star Waffle Maker for the Sith Lord in your life.

ThinkGeek is selling the dastardly waffle-maker, inspired by the fictional killer space station, for $39.99.

“The secret of the Death Star was that it looked line one thing, but it was technically another,” writes ThinkGeek.

“Waffles are a lot like that, too,” it continues. “They look like dessert, all covered with strawberries and whipped cream and chocolate chips and powdered sugar and syrup, but they’re technically breakfast. Booyah.”

The waffle maker is officially licensed Star Wars merchandise, and is exclusive to ThinkGeek.

It produces a 7-inch diameter round waffle split into two sections.

It’s also got non-stick cooking plates which duplicate the Death Star design on both sides of the waffle.

Indicators will light up and let you know when the iron is on and at the correct temperature.

And if you can’t think of a reason to buy it, we find your lack of waffle disturbing.
