Skyrim mods will be a bit limited on PS4
User-created mods for Skyrim: Special Edition will be limited to 1GB on PS4, Bethesda has announced.
Xbox One, on the other hand, will support up to 5GB of modded content, considerably more than Sony’s platform.
This was detailed in a new Skyrim: Special Edition FAQ published by Bethesda. It also states that Fallout 4 will follow the same restrictions on PS4 with mods limited to 900MB or less.
It’s worth noting that many mods for Skyrim, such as mechanical and aesthetic changes, will weigh in at far less than 1GB. The substantial gap between platforms is still pretty disappointing, though.

Bethesda originally said that mod support would not be coming to PS4 after disagreements with Sony, but it appears the two companies have reached a compromise on the issue.
In addition, Bethesda has confirmed that Skyrim: Special Edition and Fallout 4 will receive PS4 Pro support in the near future.
Skyrim: Special Edition is coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 28.
