Tech leaks come in all shapes and sizes, but it’s rare that the resume of an actress can give the game away for a closely guarded project.
After perusing the CV of noted stunt actress Lauren Mary Kim, the site found "Shadow of Mordor 2 – Stunts/Acting" listed in the Motion Capture section. It has since been deleted.
The studio listed was Blur, a company whose credits include CGI trailers for Batman: Arkham Knight, The Division and Dishonored 2.
The logic goes that Warner Bros must have a reveal planned for E3 in June.
Until now, all we know for sure is that developer Monolith Productions has been working on something big for the past couple of years, which many have assumed is a Shadow of Mordor sequel.
Released in September 2014 on PS4 and Xbox One, and a couple of months later on PC and the last-gen, the original scooped multiple game-of-the-year awards.
The title earned praise for its Nemesis System, which saw undefeated enemies rise through the ranks and become more powerful.
If players are defeated by an Uruk, the enemy will become more difficult to beat next time around. However, taking them down made the protagonist Talion more resilient in battle.
