Less than a week before launch, Samsung has teased the Galaxy Tab 4 Nook in a video that sees Nook fans wax lyrical on the device's merits.
Comments include: "This is absolutely amazing!" "This is so awesome" and "I like it."
Looks like the device is a hit, then. Though let's take these reviews with a pinch of salt, seeing as it is an advert. And each participant was given a Nook in exchange for their time, the disclaimer at the end of the ad notes, so they were effectively paid to sound enthusiastic.
Internet meme Grumpy Cat even makes an appearance, though the most he can muster is a caption that reads: "I don't hate it".
The Galaxy Tab 4 Nook will launch on August 20.
It's expected to have a focus on eReading, though it's not known exactly how it will differ from other tablets.
The device will have a 7-inch screen, but that's all we know for definite. Though it's safe to assume it will have the same 1,280 x 800-pixel resolution as the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. We also expect Android KitKat to come as standard, though possibly with some kind of Barnes & Noble skin over the top.
Barnes & Noble killed off its Nook eReader recently. Sony also announced it would no longer make eReaders.
The Tab 4 Nook will go on sale in the US this month, though no date has been set for a UK release. We'll bring you more news as we get it.
