Galaxy Note 9 concept teases what Samsung’s next flagship phablet could look like

The Galaxy Note 9 is still a long way off, but that hasn’t stopped Upcoming Smartphones from sharing its vision of what the handset could look like.

Before we take a look at the renders, we should note that they’re purely speculative: they aren’t based on schematics, CAD files or anything of the sort.

That’s not to mean they aren’t similar to what Samsung’s working on behind the scenes, though – for all we know they could be bang on the money.

The Galaxy Note 9 is likely to feature near-identical internals to the Galaxy Note 8, with the main difference being that it will benefit from an improved dual-camera, according to recent reports.

It’s also expected to come with a Snapdragon 845 CPU – like the upcoming Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus – in some regions, including the United States.

One of Samsung’s preferred suppliers told South Korean news outlet The Bell that it will “start providing components for a pilot production of the Galaxy Note 9” in Q1 of 2018 (January – March), so the first (credible) leaks should start arriving as soon as April.
