The fourth Note is coming early September

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be officially unveiled on September 3, claimed insiders have reported.

With the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 widely expected to enter the realms of reality this autumn, it has now been suggested that the stylus-hosting phablet will be formally showcased during a pre-IFA 2014 Samsung Unpacked launch event on September 3.

Citing an unnamed ‘insider’ with a track record of reliable tips, AndroidGeeks have tipped the Note 4 for the unsurprising pre-IFA launch date.

Last year saw the current Samsung Galaxy Note 3 unveiled at a pre-IFA conference, landing alongside the original Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch.

IFA 2014 will be held in Berlin, Germany between September 5 and 10, although press conferences and press days usually pre-empt the publically open show.

With a September 3 Samsung Galaxy Note 4 launch event tipped, it has been suggested that the Korean manufacturer will start issuing invites to the announcement in mid-August.

According to recent Samsung Galaxy Note 4 leaks, the Galaxy S5 sibling will become the first handset to run the already confirmed quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor.

With the LG G3 expected to be unveiled with a QHD display next week, it has been suggested that the Galaxy Note 4 screen will be a 5.7-inch QHD offering with a stunning 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.

With 3GB of RAM, 4K video recording capabilities and a 16-megapixel camera also tipped for inclusion, the Note 4 is shaping up to be something of a smartphone powerhouse.

Samsung has yet to formally acknowledge any existence of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or offer any indication as to when its IFA 2014 press conference will be held.
