The new Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 along with the newly announced three other budget smartphones have been priced in Europe.

Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini yesterday, but not before outing four new entry-level phones a day before.

Although Samsung has yet to reveal the UK pricing for the quartet of new phones, Samsung Netherlands has published the European pricing, giving us a look at what we could pay for the Ace 4 and its pals.

According to Samsung Netherlands the Ace 4 will be priced at €219, the Galaxy Core 2 €179 and the Galaxy Young 2 is €99. The pricing for the Galaxy Star 2 hasn’t yet been given a price, but it features specs not dissimilar to the Young 2, so expect it to come in around the €100 mark.

Those European prices equate to around £175 for the Ace 4, £142 for the Galaxy Core 2 and £80 for the Young 2 and/or Star 2.

The most interesting of the bunch is probably the Ace 4. Following on from the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3, the Ace 4 introduces a 4-inch 480 x 800p resolution display with a 5-megapixel rear and 0.3-megpixel front camera.

The 3G version runs on a 1GHz dual-core processor and a 1500mAh battery, while the 4G version has a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU and a larger 1850mAh battery unit.

As for the Galaxy Core 2, it’s the largest screened of the four new budget handsets, with a 4.5-inch  480 x 800p resolution display. It runs on a quad-core 1.2GHz processor with 768MB of RAM and 4GB of expandable internal storage.

It has a 5-megapixel rear camera, with an additional VGA option up front.

The Galaxy Young 2 and Star 2 both have a 3.5-inch HVGA display with a 1GHz single-core processor, and 1300mAh battery. The Young 2 does out do the Star 2 with a 3-megapixel rear camera, compared to the Star 2’s 2-megapixel offering.
