Samsung has sent out invites to a new Unpacked event to be held on September 3, seemingly confirming the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
The invite we've received is to an event called Samsung Unpacked 2014 Episode 2, which is to be held in Berlin on September 3 at 15:00 CEST. There will also be simultaneous events held in New York and Beijing.
Samsung Unpacked is the name Samsung gives to all of its special hardware launch events, so we can expect a major new device to be unveiled.
Let's be honest here - we know exactly what that device will be. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been tipped for release at around this time since, oh, around September of last year.
That's because Samsung has traditionally used this pre-IFA (Europe's biggest technology show) slot to unveil its latest premium phablet.
The next in the range will be the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and sure enough, all the rumours and reports in recent days have pointed to a September 3 launch date.
Other details on the invite as good as confirm this, with the request to "Note the date" sketched out in a hand-written style. The Note series, of course, is best known for the deep integration of a stylus for note taking and the like - hence its name.
In addition to these leading words, there's a sketch of the familiar Note stylus command menu, which can be brought up anywhere within its modified Android OS.
Rumour has it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will feature a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440p) display and a quad-core Snapdragon 805 CPU. It should also feature a 16-megapixel camera.
TrustedReviews will be reporting from the event, as well as from the show floor during IFA 2014, so stay tuned for all the latest.
