Saints Row 4 has topped the UK All Format Gaming Chart for the fourth week in a row, only one week off record holder The Last of Us.
Deep Silver’s latest title has stayed strong at the top of the UK All Format Gaming Chart, fending off competition from a host of new releases.
Although the UK All Format Gaming Chart saw seven new entries this week, only one of these managed to break into the top ten. The PS3 exclusive Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix, which offers new content as well as an HD remake of the original PS2 title, launched at number two this week.
Sony Computer Entertainment’s Puppeteer only just crept into the UK All Format Gaming Chart at number 40, an abysmal start for the PS3 platformer that we gave a 7/10 in our review.
At number three is Diablo 3, followed by Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Disney Infinity in fourth and fifth place respectively, all holding firm at the same position from last week.
Also ranking the same this week is Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition and Payday 2 at number six and seven.
Two Warner Bros titles made re-entries into the UK gaming chart top ten this week. Up from thirteenth this week is Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes in eighth. Lego: Lord of the Rings rose three places from twelfth to ninth this week.
Rome: Total War 2 had a rather disappointing sales week, dropping from a strong second place last week to number 10 for the week ending September 14.
Rayman Legends, Killzone: Mercenary and Farming Simulator 2013 all dropped from the top ten this week, pushed out by re-entries and new releases.
