PS4 Killzone: Shadow Fall multiplayer trailer shows off game in full 1080p HD

Sony has released a new Killzone: Shadow Fall multiplayer trailer, showing off the PS4 exclusive’s Full 1080p HD graphics.

Ahead of the PS4 release date later this month, the new Killzone: Shadow Fall trailer is a stunning 60fps Full 1080p HD affair and shows off the game’s  multiplayer experience.

Sony is offering the Full 1080p HD at 60fps to download directly from the Killzone blog as the Japanese electronics giant is concerned varying internet speeds are affecting the quality of the gameplay people are viewing.

“Shadow Fall has been built from the ground up for the PlayStation 4, and the response to the gameplay footgate of Killzone: Shadow Fall so far has been overwhelmingly positive”, reads the official blog. “Unfortunately, there are limitations to streamed video, and many of the clips and trailers we’ve released thus far aren’t being viewed in the best possible fidelity and framerate.”

The teaser video may only be just over a minute long but it gives us the best look at the Killzone 4 multiplayer experience yet.

“The video you just saw has been captured from a multiplayer match on ‘The Park’. The map is based on one of the environments you’ll encounter in the single player campaign, situated firmly behind enemy lines near the Visari tribute statue.”

Sony isn’t the first to offer a downloadable trailer for an upcoming next-generation title. Respawn and Microsoft have released a 1080p 60fps trailer for Titanfall as well, despite the release date being pushed back to March 2014.

Killzone: Shadow Fall is one of several PS4 launch titles and is also part of the PS4 Mega Bundle, which offers a digital copy of the game, PlayStation Camera and an additional DualShock 4 controller for £450.

“As you can probably tell from the footage, Killzone: Shadow Fall multiplayer outputs at a native 1080p rendering uncapped but always targeting 60fps. We’re very pleased with how well the game runs, and we can’t wait for you to play it come November 29.”
