Pokemon Go broken? Here’s how to get an iTunes or App Store refund for your in-app purchases

Are you one of the many Pokémon Go players so enraged by the recent changes you’re willing to give up the obsession altogether?

While the game itself is free to download, upset iOS gamers can apply to Apple for refunds on their in-app purchases.

All disappointed parties need to do is head to the Report A Problem web page and log in using their Apple ID.

If you have two-step security invoked you’ll need to verify your identity, but once you’re in you’ll be able to see a list of everything you purchased.

Scroll down to the Pokémon Go in-app purchases and hit Report a Problem. Choose ‘the item functions differently than had been expected’ and click Submit.

Users are reporting that Apple is offering refunds when this method is followed.
