Including the eagerly awaited title on a slide of upcoming gaming propositions, PlayStation President Andrew House has revealed that Uncharted 4 will land on gamers’ doorsteps during the 2015 financial calendar.
For those of you not au fait with your tax years, that means the title is coming before March 31, 2016.
While this might seem likely a lengthy wait for one of the most hotly anticipated first-party PS4 releases, it is actually a little sooner than some gamers had feared.
It was recently confirmed that the Uncharted 4 release had been pushed back from the autumn of 2015 to the spring of 2016.
This slightly ambiguous ‘spring’ window had cast speculation of a potential May or June release.
House’s made the Q1 release revelation during a recent Investor Day presentation (via: GameSpot).

Announcing the Uncharted 4 delays back in March, the game’s directors stated: "Since we showed you our first gameplay reveal of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, more of the game and story have come together, and it’s become clear to us that this game is much more ambitious than we originally envisioned.
"This game deserves every bit of the attention to detail, precise pacing, and nuanced storytelling Naughty Dog is known for.”
