Philips Fidelio S1 & S2 in-ear headphones now on sale

Philips has launched the first in-ear headphones in its Fidelio range, the Fidelio S1 and Fidelio S2.

Both of the Fidelio in-ear headphones are light and compact, featuring 13.5mm drivers and a special design to increase the bass levels.

Fidelio S2 Features

The Fidelio S2 features high-power 13.5mm neodymium drivers within a metal housing that reduces vibration for enhanced sound quality. For balanced sound, Philips has created a semi-open back design that also helps to boost the bass.

Ergonomically designed, the Philips Fidelio S2 in-ear headphones come with 5 sizes of ultra-soft silicone tips as well as two sets of Comply Foam Tips for noise isolation.

Created using an anti-scratch gloss coating, the Fidelio S2s have a copper alloy outer housing in gold that keeps them light.

The flat tangle-free cables also have an in-line control and microphone for hands-free calls and music controlling.

Out now, the Philips Fidelio S2 headphones are priced at £130 and can be purchased in black or white with the gold detailing.

Fidelio S1 Features

The Philips Fidelio S1 is the cheapest of the pair, but still offers the semi-open back and ergonomic design of the Fidelio S2 headphones. The 13.5mm drivers are there too, as is the engineered metal housing, but with red detailing rather than the gold of the Fidelio S2s.

Coming with one pair of the Comply Foam Tips, the Fidelio S1 in-ear headphones are also bundled with three sets of ultra-soft silicone tips for a customised fit.

The tangle-free flat cables are featured and include the in-line controls and microphone of the Fidelio S2 for smartphone compatibility. They come with a fabric semi-hard case to store them in as well.

Also available now, the Philips Fidelio S1 in-ear headphones are £80 and are only available in black.
