To get access to the beta, simply switch on your console and download the beta from the store. No sign-up or beta code is required.

The beta will run until 9 May in all territories, with servers closing at 10:00am PDT (5pm UK time).

Players will have access to all playable characters in the game alongside all maps. Plus you’ll be able to earn loot boxes when you level up, getting the chance to see the sort of customisable goodies you’ll be earning in the full game when it launches on 24 May.

TrustedReviews has been enjoying the beta for the past couple of days, and will be providing you with our thoughts very soon. Once you’ve jumped in and had a few games, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments or on Twitter.
