OnePlus 3 leaks from every angle in supposedly official renders

We’re inching ever closer to the OnePlus 3 launch, which means the quality of leaks is improving significantly.

New images of what looks to be the OnePlus 3 have surfaced online, giving us vital clues as to what we should expect from the phone. The shots – which appear to be official marketing images for a OnePlus 3 case – were posted on Android Headlines, and are sourced from Chinese social media site Weibo.

Fortunately, the case depicted in the renders is clear – just like the one that comes with the OnePlus X – which makes it easy to see what the OnePlus 3 might look like. Encouragingly, the newly leaked renders resemble all of the phone leaks we’ve seen so far. The design of the images also appears to fall in line with existing OnePlus marketing materials.

As we expected, it seems that the OnePlus 3 will look very similar to the OnePlus 2 from the front. However, OnePlus appears to have adopted a new design for the rear casing – it looks similar to the HTC One M9, or perhaps a Meizu phone. Of course, we can’t actually verify these images, so take this report with due caution.

The OnePlus 3 is set to be unveiled to the public on June 14 during a dedicated VR live stream. The phone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display, and come in two or three different RAM/storage variants. We’re also likely to see a Snapdragon 820 chip, and a 16-megapixel camera.
