Nokia has confirmed a worldwide version of the Nokia Lumia 900 will be arriving in the next few months. After debuting the handset in the US earlier this year, the company has confirmed the same LTE version will be shipping in Canada in April while an HSDPA version will be arriving around the world in the coming months.
Essentially a large-screened version of the Lumia 800, the Nokia Lumia 900 features a 4.3in display with a 480 x 800 pixel AMOLED display, a single-core 1.4GHz processor, 8MP camera, 1800mAh battery and of course it runs Windows Phone with nokia’s custom additions. Unlike many Windows Phones, it also has a front facing camera.
Expected to cost 480euros, it will ship in Q2.
We’re yet to get hands on with the Lumia 900 so will be doing so very shortly to see whether this is a phone to keep an eye out for or if the wait hasn’t been worth it.
