Nokia has unveiled two new mid-range handsets at IFA 2014, the dual SIM Nokia Lumia 730 and the Nokia Lumia 735.

The focus of this Windows Phone 8.1 pair is their full 1080p HD 5-megapixel wide-angle front facing camera, which Nokia states is perfect for the selfie loving individuals or those looking to have Skype chats with family and friends.

Both handsets will launch with the new Lumia Selfie app to highlight this hardware too.

Nokia Lumia 730 and Lumia 735 Features
Aside from the dual SIM card slot for the Lumia 735, both handsets have the same specs.

You’ll find a 4.7-inch 720 x 1280p HD OLED display running Windows Phone 8.1 with the new Lumia Denim update. Nokia’s technology also means you can use these screens even when wearing gloves.

Under the hood, they are running on a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 8GB of internal storage, plus 15GB of free OneDrive cloud storage. There’s also support for microSD cards up to 128GB.

Powered by a 2220mAh battery, you can also use the Lumia 735 and Lumia 730 with wireless chargers.

Along with that 5-megapixel front-facing camera, you’ll get a 6.7-megapixel fixed focus camera in the rear with an LED flash.

Both handsets also take advantage from Nokia’s Sensorcore technology for compatibility with fitness apps like Fitbit and Adidas miCoach without the need for additional hardware.

Nokia Lumia 735 and Lumia 730 release date and price

Both the Lumia 735 and Lumia 730 will be available to buy later this month. Although UK specific pricing hasn’t been announced, you’ll get them in the EU for €219 for the 4G Lumia 735 and €199 for the 3G dual-SIM Lumia 730.
