Motorola could be readying a new flagship phone already, according to a recent tip.
While the Motorola Moto X (2014) was only launched back in September, one Twitter tipster has alluded to another phone in the pipeline from the former Google-owned manufacturer.
Twitter user Riccolo, who has form with these tips, posted the following enigmatic tweet:
“Are you looking for a FLAGSHIP “SMARTER” than any others ‘smartphones’??? I can give you an “HINT”… Coming Soon…”
The tweet was posted along with a Motorola Moto logo.
The Motorola Moto Hint, of course, was the recently launched compact Bluetooth headset that fits more or less entirely inside your ear. Could there be a super smart new handset on the cards that ties in with this?
How else will this new Motorola smartphone be “smarter than any other smartphones?” Many would say that the current Moto X flagship already is, with the company’s custom software proving far more contextually aware than other manufacturer’s efforts.

We still have trouble believing that a new Motorola flagship will be along so soon after the Moto X (2014), but a six month turnaround wouldn’t be entirely unheard of. Sony has done just that in recent times, with the Sony Xperia Z3 following on from the Sony Xperia Z2 in short order.
Applied to Motorola, an early March launch wouldn’t be out of the question – and early March is MWC 2015, when Samsung and HTC will also be launching their new flagships.
