New Star Wars Rogue One toys revealed – 5 gizmos Force fans will love

One of the best things about any Star Wars film is the array of new gadgets, gizmos, action figures and toys that accompany the release. Although it’s a spin-off, we’re glad to report the line-up for Rogue One is no less exciting.

We’ve got our first glimpse of the merch that’ll go on sale in the run up to release on December 16.

You can take a closer look at the new lines thanks to a Facebook Live video from Argos starring Toyologist Peter Jenkinson and James Burns, the editor of Jedi News.

Here’s a selection of what’ll be on offer available to pre-order from today, with items officially becoming available on September 30.

LEGO U-Wing
£69.99

On the Rebellion side of things, Rogue One will debut the new U-Wing, which according to Lucasfilm is a troop transport and a gunship. This Lego model (pictured above) brings minifgures, spring loaded shooters and fold-back wings.

LEGO Tie Striker
£79.99

As Rogue One is a prequel to Episode IV: A New Hope we won’t see any TIE Fighters taking flight. Instead it’s precursor, the TIE Striker will carry the Empire’s legions of evildoers. This Lego kit comes complete with mini figures, spring-loaded shooters and adjustable wings.

Star Wars Rogue One K-2SO Figure
£7.99

No round up of new toys would be complete without an action figure. Here we see K-2SO, a reprogrammed Imperial droid who you probably spotted as the light relief in the most recent Rogue One trailer.

Star Wars: Rogue One TIE Striker – With NERF darts!
£56.99

If the LEGO model isn’t enough, this TIE Striker will fire NERF darts across the bow of any Rebel ship that dares to cross its path.

Imperial Stormtrooper Electronic Voice Changer Helmet
£69.99

Rogue One will also debut a new (or is it old?) look for the Empire’s legions of Stormtroopers. The ever-popular voice-changing replica helmets are along for the ride.

Set wallet to stun.
