New iPhone 6 pictures leak showing off familiar design

The iPhone 6 has been caught on camera once again, with newly leaked images showing off a handset with a now familiar design.

With the latest claimed iPhone 6 pictures surfacing courtesy of serial Apple tipster Sonny Dickson, the phone has been shown with the same rounded, brushed metal finish as seen in all manner of recent leaks.

Set to feature an all new design when compared with the existing iPhone 5S, the iPhone 6 has been the subject of multiple leaks and countless rumours in recent months, with the more rounded finish and sizeable antenna bands, as seen in the image above, repeatedly tipped features.

According to Dickson, who has a solid history of Apple related teases, the leaked handset is “100 per cent the real deal.”

As well as boasting a newly refined form factor, it has been suggested that the iPhone 6 could benefit from improved camera optics, with a True Tone flash also tipped for inclusion.

Further leaks have claimed that the iPhone 6 will be officially unveiled at a dedicated launch event on September 9, with the handset to hit retailers the following Friday, September 19.

Jumping to a new A8 processor, the iPhone 6 looks set to pair the WWDC unveiled iOS 8 operating system with NFC connectivity options and a 4.7-inch Quantum Dot display.
