New GTA 5 mod is making our eyes very happy
A new GTA 5 PC mod from Martin Bergman seriously spruces up the game’s graphics – not that they really needed it of course.
Visual modifications for the PC release of GTA 5 are nothing new, but rarely do they ever look this gorgeous.
Known as the “Toddyhancer mod” the modification combines a number of different features to achieve its visual effects.
These include, “Reshade Shaders, ENB series, simple tweaks and some tone mapping with class,” with no changes to original in-game models, at least as far as we can tell.
The mod is still a work-in-progress, which is made evident when you see it in motion. The video below gives us a glimpse at what to expect, despite how choppy it appears to be.

Martin Bergman’s Toddyhancer mod may be a little choppy right now, but the potential behind the visual upgrades is staggering.
A complete visual overhaul of the entirety of Los Santos is an ambitious and challenging task, especially when the base game is so gorgeous already.
It is important to remember that this mod is still in the early stages of development, and much like GTA 4’s iCEnhancer mod, it will likely evolve and improve over time.
GTA 5 finally launched on PC last April after a series of lengthy delays, having already managed to ship several million copies on the platform.

Now if you’ll excuse us, we need to upgrade our graphics cards.
