Following the handset’s recent unveiling, online retailers have hinted at the Motorola Razr i UK release date, with the 4.3-inch Intel powered smartphone tipped to go on sale tomorrow, October 1st.
Officially unveiled earlier this month with no word of an official release date, online retailers turn repeated release date tipsters Clove and Unlocked Mobiles have suggested that a Motorola Razr i UK release date could be held as early as tomorrow.
Elsewhere, fellow online outlet Expansys has suggested stock is “expected in 5 days” hinting at a October 5th launch for the revised offering of Motorola’s flagship Razr handset.
Whilst the online retailers have failed to agree on a precise Motorola Razr i release date, the handset’s pricing structure also seems to be a little bit murky with the trio of outlets all offering the new device at varying prices. Whilst Unlocked Mobiles, which claims to already have stocks of the smartphone, is offering the Motorola Razr i for just £334.98, rivals Clove and Expansys are proposing a slightly more expansive offering with £342 and £344.99 price tags respectively.
Motorola Razr i Specs
Motorola’s first Intel powered smartphone, the Motorola Razr i has shunned the trend of adopting a dual or quad-core processor in favour of a 2GHz single-core offering from the PC giant.
Launching with Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system in tow, a Motorola Razr i Jelly Bean update is confirmed with the near future whilst the handset’s Kevlar backed, water repellent, 8.9mm thick, 126g form factor also plays host to 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
More prominently, the Motorola Razr i plays host to 4.3-inch edge-to-edge qHD AMOLED display that has been finished in toughened Gorilla Glass whilst an 8-megapixel camera lines up on the rear with an integrated flash and 1080p video recording capabilities in tow.
