Some more Samsung Galaxy Alpha photos have leaked online, showcasing its metallic design.

Following a slew of recent Galaxy Alpha photos, some more shots of the metallic Samsung phone have emerged.

Thanks to a series of posts from relatively new tech tipster, @culeaks (who could potentially being trying to fill the @evleaks shoes), we’ve got some more insight on the Galaxy Alpha design.

Although the images don’t tell us much more than we already knew about the Galaxy Alpha, they do showcase how slim it is in comparison to the iPhone 5S.

There’s a strange bulge around the microUSB charging port though, which seems a little unnecessary.

You can also spot the distinctive ring around the home button, which re-confirms its fingerprint scanner inclusion, just like the flagship Samsung Galaxy S5.

The previous photos showed the Galaxy Alpha in white, so it’s also nice to see what the black edition will look like come launch too.

According to a recent leak, the Galaxy Alpha should run on a Samsung Exynos octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM.

It will supposedly feature a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 720p HD resolution and 320ppi image density.

There will also be a 12-megapixel camera with what’s being described as super-fast autofocus and an additional 2-megapixel front-facing offering.

Also tipped to make the cut is 32GB of internal storage as standard, 4G LTE support and the latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS.

Of course, there’s also the IP67 dust and water resistant certification inbound too, despite its premium construction.

Previous leaks suggest it will offer a “stunning metallic design”, which should mark it as the first Samsung smartphone to feature a premium metal finish.

The price for this phone should fall around the £550 mark, if recent leaks are to be believed with the phone potentially launched on August 13.
