Microsoft and Sony E3 2014 press conference in-depth details leaked

In-depth details for the Microsoft and Sony E3 2014 press conferences have been leaked online.

According to a new leak both Microsoft and Sony have a lot of new games up their sleeves for E3 2014.

A leaked report lists all of the games due to be announced at E3 2014 by Sony and Microsoft as well the games Nintendo has got on display at the show itself.

Microsoft E3 press conference

Apparently, despite earlier confirmations Microsoft has a few new Xbox One exclusive in store, the actual E3 press conference will only feature two new unannounced titles – Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 2.

However, the presentation will feature the following games:

  • Beyond Good & Evil 2 gameplay
  • Fable Legends gameplay
  • Halo 5 tech demo
  • Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare gameplay
  • Quantum Break gameplay
  • Star Wars: Battlefront 3 gameplay
  • Titanfall DLC gameplay

Microsoft will also use the E3 presentation to show a new DirectX 12 trailer for the Xbox One as well as Kinect TV and Shows trailers.

It’s worth remembering that Microsoft confirmed it will announce a few games prior to E3, so there may be a few reveals happening this month.

Sony E3 press conference
Contradicting previous Sony E3 announcement rumours, this official-looking report states that there will be no The Last Guardian or GTA 6 reveals for the PS4 press briefing.

There will be a God of War 4 reveal as well as a new PS4/PS Vita/PS3 indie game with accompanying trailer.

Of course, Destiny, The Order: 1886 and DriveClub are all being shown off at E3 too, but strangely it also lists Watch Dogs in the games due to be shown off. The Watch Dogs release date is May 27 so it will have been out for a while before the June 9 press conference.

This report may have given away the title of Uncharted 4 though, with the game listed as part of the key games for the press conference as Uncharted 4: The Sunken Blade.

As for Nintendo, although the report doesn’t list what will be the subject of the E3 Nintendo Direct, we now know a few of the games the Japanese gaming giant will have on the show floor.

These are as follows as should boost the Wii U and 3DS consoles:

  • Bayonetta 2 (Wii U)
  • Castlevania: Symphony of the Night 2 (3DS)
  • Hyrule Warriors (Wii U)
  • Mario Kart 8 (Wii U)
  • Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate (3DS)
  • Pokken Fighters (Wii U)
  • Sonic Boom (3DS/Wii U)
  • Super Smash Bros. U (Wii U)
  • Super Smash Bros. 3D (3DS)
  • Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call (3DS)
  • The Legend of Zelda: Shard of Nightmare (Wii U)
  • Xenogears: Origins (Wii U)
