Microsoft and Respawn Entertainment have announced a Limited Edition Titanfall Xbox One Wireless Controller.
To celebrate the launch of Titanfall for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC in March, there will be an official Titanfall Xbox One Wireless Controller released.
The exclusive Xbox One controller has been specially designed by the Respawn team, and has been inspired by the C-101 carbine rifle used by the elite IMC titan pilots of the Frontier in Titanfall.
Microsoft claims it “looks and feels like an artefact from the world of Titanfall”, and features striking colours and graphics to distinguish the limited edition controller.
“In a collaborative effort with the Xbox design team and the Respawn art department our goal was to create a controller that feels as if it is a piece of military spec hardware from the universe of Titanfall and into players hands,” said Joel Emslie, Lead Artist at Respawn Entertainment.
The Xbox One Titanfall Limited Edition Wireless Controller will be released on the same day as the Titanfall release date on March 14, and will be available exclusively from GAME.
The Titanfall controller is priced at £44.99 and can be pre-ordered now from the GAME website.
To complement your brand new Titanfall Xbox One controller, you could purchase an official Titanfall headset from Turtle Beach that will also be available in line with the game’s launch in March.
The Turtle Beach Titanfall headset is compatible with Xbox One, Xbox 360, Mac and PC and features marks and surface treatments unique to Titanfall.
Pricing information for the Titanfall headset has yet to be revealed.
