Lenovo has blazed into IFA 2015 like a hyperactive child, lifting the lid on a wide range of new Windows 10 desktops, PCs and tablets.

The company says its new consumer-focused devices will bring a "fresh" PC experience to users, thanks in part to the use of Microsoft's latest operating system and Intel's depth-sensing RealSense cameras.

First to hit the shelves will be the Ideapad 500 – a thin and light, Intel Core i7-powered laptop available in either 14 or 15in models. Starting at €599 (£440), it's competitively priced and will begin retailing this month.

The Ideapad 500's compact yet less powerful and much cheaper cousins will touch down slightly later in the year, but still in time for Christmas. Prices for the Ideapad 300, Ideapad 100S and Ideapad 300S will start at €499 (£370), €229 (£170) and €349 (£260) respectively.

November will also see the arrival of the Ideacentre AIO 700 all-in-one desktop. Available in either 24 or 27in variations, it will set you back at least €749 (£550).

January, meanwhile, will bring Lenovo's Ideapad MIIX 700. A 12in tablet with an optional Intel RealSense camera, it will also feature a special hinge and a folio keyboard that essentially transforms it into a 2-in-1. It will cost from €999 (£740).

Lenovo hasn't yet specified which of the models will make it to UK shores, but we'll update you when we receive more information.

Caught your breath yet? That's not all. Lenovo has also revealed a large line of business devices, which will go on sale from November.

The biggest of these releases are the ThinkPad Yoga 260 and 460, a pair of convertibles equipped with Intel's sixth-generation Core processors, optional fingerprint scanners and a stylus. The 260 will be available from €979 (£720), while prices for the 460 will start at a slightly friendlier €839 (£620).
