Bad news: Telegram is down for a number of users all over the world.
The service started experiencing connection issues at around 9 am GMT in Asia, Africa and Europe (MENA), according to information shared on uptime tracker Down Detector, though it started to recover at 10 am GMT.
Some of our users in Europe and the MENA region are currently experiencing connection issues. Please hang on, we have all hands on deck to bring you back soon!

At 11:20 am GMT, the outage had been restored in a number of countries, including the United Kingdom, but some customers in Asia were still complaining that they are unable to send or receive instant messages.
